Libera Japan Tour 2015 – Day #1 USJ

Just 4 months after the Christmas in Summer at USJ, Libera came to Japan again on real Christmas time!

First of all, I really thank to the boys’ parents for sending their children to Japan on Christmas time. I was actually so surprised when I first heard that Libera would be coming and doing concerts on 21st & 23rd December. Because I know that the Christmas is very important for them, it’s just same as that New Year’s Day is important for us Japanese. Normally they spend Christmas time (holiday) with family. So I knew they had to rush on 24th to get home before 25th no matter what! (thank to the 9-hour time difference!) Think it’s just like we have to work till New Year’s Eve….. oh dear… So thank you Libera boys & team! :)

Day #1 of Japan Tour 2015, they did a mini concert at Universal Studios Japan. As you know, the new song “Angel” has tied up with USJ’s Christmas night show.

There’s a USJ limited edition of the mini album “天使のくれた奇跡”, which has a photo booklet. Of course I got them as well! Yay! :D

When I arrived around the area for the show & concert at 11am, more than 50 people were already queuing up! I took this at 1pm, 4 hours before the gate opened.

Patrick from France was amazed by the people queuing orderly without fences and said “it never happens in Paris!” lol Very proud of it! Hehe ;)

The show “Universal Wonder Christmas – The Voice of an Angel” was really fantastic! A girl sings “Angel” both in English & Japanese, and “Angel Orchestral ver.” is used in the show. Music, projection mapping, dance performance, Drone, lights, fireworks… all worked together very well! I liked it so much. :D

After the show, it was Libera time! :D
Muramatsu-san came up to the stage to talk some. He said he was so moved when he first saw the show, and he was proud that he could make this piece with Libera & USJ as a musician. Yeah, we Japanese fans are all very proud of you too, Muramatsu-san!! xD

The first complete outdoor-concert went well! Actually they did sort of ‘outdoor-concert’ at Disneyland CA in 2009 though, that was so warm and had a roof. This time, no roof, no sun, just so cold! We wore a lot of clothes and were excited, so didn’t feel cold that much, but the boys must have been cold in the white robe. Hope they had HEATTECH (by UNIQLO) under the robe… :P
Anyway, seemed lots of people enjoyed the show and Libera’s concert. It was great to hear that a fan of the USJ’s shows (not Libera fan) liked Libera’s singing and bought the CD! And I was glad to get to hear “Angel” live finally. This day would be one of my unforgettable Libera memories! ;D

さーーーて、2016年んなっちゃったけど、正月気分丸無視で。
リベラクリスマス in じぱんぐの件いくぜよ!!!＼(゜▽゜)／ふぉーーー
行った方も行けなかった方も回想妄想で楽しんでくだたぃ♪

まず、記憶に新しい8月の 「Christmas in Summer at USJ」
またの名を「ゴーモンの夏、日本の夏」←
からたった4ヶ月ちょっとでリベラがまた極東じぱんぐへ。
アタシは寒い夏ロンドンの夏だったのでホームでリベラっこを迎えるのは3年半ぶり。
リベラ来日を復活させてくれた児玉さん・今井さん・王子、その他関係者の方々に心から感謝!!!（土下座）

そして今回一番感謝すべきは、リベラっこたちのご両親。
クリスマスホリデーは家族で過ごすのが当然のところ、日本へ来させてくれて心から感謝!!!（土下寝）←

てか最初21日と23日にコンサって聞いて超驚いたよ(゜ロ゜屮)屮
クリスマス25日に家族と過ごせないなんてありえないから24日に絶対帰国せねばで。
エゲレス人達は12月入ったあたりからもうホリデー気分で浮かれてるとこなのに←
そこを我々日本ファンのために超タイトスケジュールでやってきてくれて。
日本人的に言えば大晦日の夜まで仕事するよーなもんよ。おーでぃあ。
ほんとありがとうリベラっこたち&リベラスタッフ陣!!!!!
　
　
ジャパンツアー2015、1日目のイベントはユニバコンサ♪(ノ゜▽゜)ノ
20日朝に羽田からプイーンと大阪へ。んでブーンとユニバへ。
えっさらほいさらショー&コンサエリアに着いてビックリ。
11時の時点ですでに長蛇の列ーーーーーーー＼(゜ロ＼)(／ロ゜)／わーー
でも並ぶの慣れてるんで←リベコンに限る
敷物敷いて遠足状態。天使のくれた奇跡USJ限定盤もゲット♥
ショップのレジのお姉さんに「売れ行きどーですか?」って聞いたら
「今日は朝からけっこう売れてますよー。今日はコンサートもありますよー。」って。
はぃ、そのためだけに東京から参上しますたよヽ(￣▽￣)ﾉむふふ
（アトラクションとか興味ゼロなので結局どスルーしたアタクシめ←）

時間が経つにつれて列が何重にも折り返しんなって。
それでも整然と並んでるじゃぱにーずを見てパトリック（フランス人）が感動してたよ。
「パリではありえない光景!!」っつって（爆）
日本人のお行儀の良さ、ちょっと誇らしかったぜぃ(*´▽`)ノ

ほんでユニバーサルワンダークリスマス、天使のくれた奇跡Ⅲ。
いやぁーーーーー素晴らしかったーーー♥
ショーの中ではリベラの歌ぢゃなくて女の子が英語と日本語歌詞で歌うの。
で、アルバムの5曲目の天使のくれた奇跡オケverが使われてて。
CDで最初聴いたとき、あの盛り上がり感がすごいいいなと思ってたんだけど。
こうしてショーで見てみて納得。舞台にマッチしたアレンジ。
音楽とプロジェクションマッピングとダンスとドローンとライトアップと花火と
全てががっちり合わさって、ほんと感動的演出だったよ(*´∇｀*)

その後はお待ちかねのリベラ登場!!!
の前に王子登場＼(゜▽゜)／ふぉーーー
王子は公開初日にショーを見て感動ボロ泣きだったそうで。
USJやリベラとのコラボでこの作品を作り上げられたことを誇りに思うと。
えぇえぇ、わてら日本リベラーは王子が誇りやで!!!!!←エセ関西弁

Merry Christmasのプロジェクションの中、ロバたん&リベラっこソロっと登場。
メンバーは22人。5曲歌ってくれたぉｏ(＞▽＜*)(*＞▽＜)ｏ
（歌に関しては後ほどコンサレポでたっぷりと←）

2009年にネズミーランド（CA）で屋外コンサはやったけど。
あれは屋根あったよね、なにしろ暖かい地だよね。
今回は屋根も囲いもない吹きっさらし←
見てるこっちは着込んでるしてんそん上がってるしで寒さあんま感じなかったけど。
白ローブで微動だにせず歌ってた彼らはさぞや寒かったろうと…
愛ザックは鼻声んなってたし、キアランも声が途切れちゃったりしてたもの。
せめてローブの下にはヒートテックを着てたことを願う(ノ゜O゜)ノ極暖のほうね←そこ

とにかくいろんな意味で今までにないレアなコンサだった(*´∀｀)人(´∀｀*)
ユニバのショーのファンの人でも今回のこの天使のくれた奇跡CDを買ったという方も。
そうゆうの聞くとほんと嬉しい!!
一人でも多くの人がリベラを聴いてハッピーになりますように♥
だから来年こそはユニバクリスマスCM（リベラそんぐ） は全国放送で!!

Libera Christmas in Summer at USJ

As you know, Libera did a Christmas concert at Universal Studios Japan on the 5th of August!!!

This concert was a world premiere for a new song, which is the 4th time collaboration with Muramatsu-san. The first one “Far Away” and the 3rd one “Song of Life” were used as a theme song of USJ’s Christmas event TV advertisement for the last 4 years.
And this year, the new song will tie up with USJ’s Christmas night show! Woop woop! :D

They saw the sights of Osaka on Sunday. Maybe Libera Official would share the photos of it soon. ;)
They rehearsed with Muramatsu-san at the venue on Monday, then seemed they enjoyed USJ. It was very very hot and humid there so I was worried if they got sick though, they looked ok. :)

On the concert day, unfortunately I couldn’t make it as I’m still in London, but my mum went there with our lovely Libera-friends. She met and talked with Taichi’s family there after Arundel concert last year. Really proud of Taichi’s debut in Japan! xD

(My English translation)

“On a very hot day, Libera’s Japan concert was held for the first time in 3 years!
Libera showed up in front of 400 fans being excited to see them. Beautiful stained glass was displayed in the venue. Once they started singing “Joy to the World”, it made the air cool and the audience was wrapped up in beautiful atmosphere as the concert has been named “Christmas in Summer”.
20 boys were here this time. The former Libera boy Josh, played the piano, Sam Coates and Steven Geraghty helped the stage as sound engineering staff as well. On the stage, the first-ever Japanese member Taichi, interpreted their speeches. At the end of the first half, Ciaran introduced Muramatsu-san, and he played the piano for “Song of Life”.
They sang well-known songs like “Orinoco Flow”, “Amazing Grace” and so on after interval. And at the end of the second half, they sang the new song “Angel”. It started with a beautiful tubular bell’s sound, Isaac sang the solo and the Libera’s ‘angel voices’ with Muramatsu-san’s piano touched everyone’s heart.

Angels Sing Libera in America

Hi everyone! I haven’t been blogging for long though… How are you? ;P

As you Libera fans know, the new DVD/Blu-ray/CD “Angels Sing Libera in America” was finally released this march. If you haven’t got it yet, MUST GO to this LINK immediately!!!

てかそもそもあれ7日のコンサ前リハでのやつ←アタシしゃすん撮りながら見てた

このMC、12月のロンドンコンサでもやったの。そんときは太一くんもコンサ出てたから、7人目の日本語verがあったんだぉ(*´∀｀)人(´∀｀*)

超絶かわゆすだった♥もうちょい時期が早ければDVDで日本語verが見れたかもだったね。惜しい!!でもとにかくこれからも太一くん頑張ってほしいね＼(゜▽゜)／

UK concert 2014 Arundel

Oops, 3 weeks have passed already since the Arundel concert…!!
Ok, I have to post about it before something new is coming from Libera! ;))
The set list was qiute the same as Spring Tour 2014 NYC & Morristown, so I’m not going to write about the whole concert but write some differences from it and some other things.
　
　
Arundel Cathedral is really beautiful as you can see from this video “O Sanctissima (Songs of Praise)”. When I got into the cathedral, I actually thought it was smaller than my memory of 4 years ago. Have I still grown? lol

My friends, mum and I arrived around noon. The Libera Team was already setting up inside. And I saw Kavana working together with Josh & JB. He was not on the US tour but he was singing Joyful Joyful in Libera-white-robe with the boys at the church the preceding Sunday. So I was expecting his comeback though, he’s a member of Libera Team already. Anyway, good news! :)

Always good to see them at the concerts. :)

After we had lunch, we went back to the cathedral. And I saw Raoul there! I knew he plays the French horn though, had never heard him play. He’s also a member of Libera Team. Another good news! :D

Then, when we got out of the cathedral because they were going to start rehearsing, the boys were in front of the cathedral! I got to hear Isaac say ‘Hi Yuki!’ before I found him! Ahaha. Thanks for being always so nice and sweet, Isaac. :))

Looked they did photo shoot around there and they went to somewhere, but kindly came back for us (maybe?). It was like a surprise photo session! :D

After that, we queued up for long in front of the door under sunny, windy, rainy weather until the doors open. (Actually that was a bit tough!)
Then, the doors opened 10 minutes earlier than the open time somehow.

We got good seats (yay!), but actually not front row. The front row was reserved for ‘Choir Members’. After a bit, Lucas’s dad brought his son (Lucas’s younger brother) to the seat. I’ve seen him before some times and he really looks like Lucas, so it was easy to recognise him. We talked some, and he told me that he’s 7 years old now and he started Libera in March. And an Asian boy came to the seat. He looked very Japanese but not sure, then Lucas’s brother introduced him to me – “He’s Japanese! :)”. Aw he’s so kind, and wow he’s Japanese! So surprised! Very first Japanese Libera boy (still Mini-boy though)! :DD He’s 8 years old, and he also started Libera in March. And 2 more boys came later. They’re also 7 years old. So 4 Mini-boys saw the concert with us – Nano-Ben mentioned them in his speech. They’re soooo cute! Hope to see them sing on the stage soon!! xD

The concert was amazingly great! This was my #60 concert, and for me,
THE BEST ONE EVER! xD

I loved all songs of course, but especially loved…
Joyful Joyful – Love that cheerful harmony!
Bertie’s “Sanctus, Sanctus” – so beautiful. His voice reminded me of Ed!
Tom’s Ave Maria – healed me again. What a beautiful, peaceful, pure voice!!!
Isaac’s Hymn to Mary – so emotional and touching!!
Tom’s high notes in Dreaming of Home – beyond words!!! Awww!!!
How Great Thou Art – Love that grand harmony!
Glory to Thee – stunning!!
And my highlight of this night was Wayfaring Stranger!!! LOVE IT!!! xD

It was so funny and cute to see that Mark almost stumbled everytime he went up to the stage to join the songs. Ahaha. ;) And the 4 Mini-boys sang silently along with the ‘Silly Excercise’! lol Looked like they wanted to join the stage! ;D

This time I invited 2 of my friends, who hadn’t heard Libera, to the concert. They really enjoyed and liked Libera! And they came to St P’s to hear them sing the next Sunday. Hehe ;) Got new fans! Yay! :D

とりあえずリベラからおにゅーなさむしんぐが来る前にやっつけで（ぉぃこら）

アランデルコンサ内容は4月のUSコンサとまったく一緒。
なので曲レポはほぼ省略。他のことについて書くぉ(゜▽゜)
　
　
アランデルに行くのは4年ぶり。
セントラルロンドンからは電車で1時間半ほど。まぁ要するに田舎←

街はね、エゲレスらしいかわいい感じだけど、城以外なんもないの←

んで一回上ったら帰りまで降りたくない坂をえっさらほいさら上ると

カテドラル入ってまず思ったこと、「こんなちっさかったっけ?!(゜ロ゜屮)屮」
よく昔は大きいと思ってた幼稚園の遊具がめっさちっさかったとかあるけど
アタシもういい年いっとる中年ですぜ( ´_ゝ`)ﾉぶ

昼頃に着いて、教会ん中ではすでにスタッフ軍団が設営中。
いつものサム（重装備）、すかしとるダビデ、そして小豆色大好きじょすおくん←
でん粉出ちゃってるわよ!!ヾ(・ε・。)
で、もひとり、なんとカヴァ。あらあらスタッフ参加。
けっこースタッフ手伝いするけど舞台にも上がるパターンもあったよね。
んでカヴァ前々週教会ではリベラ白ローブ着てJoyful Joyful歌ってたよね。
（4/27の 今日のセントフィリップス＼(゜▽゜)／ 参照）
だからUS来なかったけどUKコンサでは復活するパターンかなと。
（いつも海外ツアー欠席でもUK内コンサには出ること多々）
と思いきや完全スタッフでびゅー(｀･ω･´)早かったね←

舞台作り中のじょすおとダビデ。仲違いしとるデュオみたい。
「オマエ今音外したろ!!」「は?外してねーし!!」←

ほんでランチしてまた教会に戻ったら、馴染みの顔が!!!

今年のお正月に日本遊びに来て一緒に初詣行ったときよりヒゲが増。

前からフレンチホルンやってるのは知ってたんだけども。
まさかリベコン演奏部隊に入るとは思ってなかたから驚き&嬉し!!!
元リベラっこたちがこうして今も参加してるのを見るのはほんと嬉しいね♪

ラウたんを撮ってたらじょすおくんがガン見だった件。
じょすお、君ぢゃないよ（小声←）

で、しばらくしてそろそろリハの時間。客はみな外へ。
ガラス窓つきの出入り口のほうへ向かうと、なにやら騒がしい。
白い浮遊物が見える←
おっと、ドアの向こうにリベラっこたちワラワラワラワラ
珍しいことだわと思いながら外出るやいなやそのワラワラの中から

「Hi Yuki!(*´▽`)ノ」

その声は、愛ザーーーーーック♥♥♥話し声は意外と低いのよ愛ザック氏。
こっちが見っける前に見っけてくれて嬉しす♥(*´∇｀*)きゅん
だって白ローブ光反射しちゃって誰が誰だかもう←
でも声ですぐわかったよ、ありがと愛ザック♥(*´∇｀*)きゅーん
ほんで去ってく愛ザックの後ろ姿がかわゆすぎて悶絶♥(*´∇｀*)きゅんきゅーん

てかリベラっこたち、そこら辺でしゃすん撮影してたみたいなのよね。
で、一回どっか行っちゃったんだけど、なんと再びワラワラ戻って来て。
アンディもいるしなんか雰囲気的にしゃすん撮っていいよ系。
ならば!!と、ファンたち一斉にカメラ出動（爆）
こん時もちゃんとファンのいるほうに向かって座って手振ったりしてた愛ザック。
もともといろいろちゃんとわかってる子（←）だけど。
今やメインソリストとしての自覚・成長をすごく感じたわ(*´∇｀*)

そっから開場の7時まで、外で並んで待つわけで。
ここ坂ってか丘の上で海が近いから風もけっこうすごくって。
4年前の経験から今回も寒さ対策はばっつす。
結局、晴・雨・強風なお天気でなかなか大変だったわ。
リベラばなししてると時間はあっつー間に過ぎちゃうけどね(￣▽￣)むふふ

で、開場になりひとまず前列ゲッツ。
といっても最前列は「Choir Members」っつってリザーブ済み。
2年前のアランデルでもデビュー前のちみっこたちが最前列にいたからそれと同じく。
そん時はアレッサンドロとかマークもここにいたんだろーね。

しばらくしたらルーカスパパがそのChoir Members席にお子を連れてきた。
前にも何度か見たときある&ルーカスに似てるから弟だとすぐわかる(￣▽￣)
「ルーカスの弟だよね?」（知っとるけど）っつって話しかけ、長いことお喋り。
てか、めっさ笑顔がキラッキラのまだ7歳。ちょーーーーかわゆす♥
なかなか笑わない兄にその笑顔をわけておやりヾ(・ε・。)←

ほんでその後にアジアンな子がお母さんに連れられてその席に。
めっさ日本人ぽいけどどーなんかなぁと思いつつ眺めていたら、ルーカス弟が
「彼も日本人だよ(゜▽゜)」と紹介してくれて。なんて気の利く子なの♥←もう贔屓
彼は日本人だけどイギリス生まれイギリス育ちの8歳。
ついにリベラに日本人の子が!!!＼(゜▽゜)／やぽー
すごくしっかりしてて、超超かわゆす♥♥←もつろんもう特大贔屓
彼もルーカス弟もこの3月にリベラに参加したそうで。まだ入りたてホヤホヤだね♪
彼は日本人学校にも行ってるから他の子より時間的に大変だと思うけど。
頑張って続けて、白ローブ着て舞台に立って欲しいわ＼(゜▽゜)／応援してるよ!!!!!

で、その後あと2人がこの席に来て。彼らも両方7歳。
4人のミニボーイズが前列で見学。
コンサ開始前、ロバが指揮席についてから4人にめっさスマイル送ってた（爆）
未来のソリストかもしれないからね、大事にね(￣▽￣)ぶ
ナノベンもMCの中で4人のミニボーイズが来てますっつってたぉ。
（4人の名前はここではあえて伏せてます）
　
　
今回のメンバーはUSコンサとは若干入れ替わりがあった。
星の子とディランがいなくて、ちみっこ3人投入。
・ジェームスM（マイコーMの弟←要するにメネゼス一族）
・ごんざまーく（ごんざます弟のマーク）
・ロッコ
3人とも去年のギルフォードとロンドンにも出てるから新人ではないけども。
でも全部は歌わず数曲だけ参加型。

ステフもそうだったけど、トムの歌い方ってなんかプロっぽいんだよね。
トムたんパパ、オペラ歌手・ピアニストなんだって。
それ聞いてものっそい納得。おうちでもずっと歌ってるんだとか(゜▽゜)
で、今回Ave Mariaんときにママさんはフツーに聴いてたらしいんだけど
パパさん落ち着かずウロウロしてたらしい（爆）
あの難しいソロを家でもパパと練習してたんだろうね(*´∀｀)人(´∀｀*)
今回もほんとあめいじんぐAve Mariaだったよトム♥♥♥

Hymn to Maryで2番の入りの歌詞が飛んぢゃった愛ザック。
ちょっと「あ…」って感じんなったけど。そこはさすが愛ザック氏、慌てず動じず。
その後の歌と表情がものっそい深みがあってよかったよ(*´∇｀*)♥♥♥

アルデンテMC「コンサ前エクササイズ」んときにミニボーイズ4人も歌ってた（爆）
てかオリノコんときは声出て歌っちゃってたからね（爆爆）

ごんざまーくが歌に参加するために舞台に上がるたんびにつまずいてた件（爆）
必ず上手側で、アタシはそっち側にいたから毎度見えてて。
最後のほう自分でも笑いそうんなってたぜよ(￣▽￣)ぶ

アタシ的このコンサのハイライトはやはりWayfaring Stranger!!!
つべでもいろんなカヴァー聴いたけど、まぢダントツでリベラver!!!
壮大感サイコー♥ハーモニーサイコー♥♥盛り上がり感まぢ鳥肌♥♥♥
絶対次のおにゅーアルバムに入れてねロバたん!!!!!!!!!!!(｀･ω･´)
